Die Drachenbriefmarke zu 80 Fen stellt einen Phoenix dar (Sinnbild der Kaiserin).
Der Centipede ist lediglich auf einer Vignette zu finden. Die Zahl "28" ist lediglich
ein Hinweis auf die 28. Nationale Briefmarken-Ausstellung zu verstehen (vgl. auch die
Drachenbriefmarke von 2011)

The 80 Fen kitestamp contains a picture of a phoenix kite. The phoenix is the symbol for
the empress. The centipede is only part of an vignette, commemorating the 28th National
Stamp Exhibition (cf. the Chinese kitestamp of 2011)
